By commissioning me, you accept these Terms of Service written in this document. Please be mindful that you have to be at least 18 years old in order to use the service provided.
1. Payment
a) Photoshoots do not have, for the time being, a fixed price. You, as the Consumer, can pay me following the “Pay What You Want” (or PWYW) formula. That means, there is not a minimum or maximum amount of money you have to pay, it will be based on your discretion and the experience you have with me before, during and after the photoshoot.
b) Payment must be done through PayPal or Cash, in EURO (€) and can be paid anytime (even later after the photos are delivered, with a maximum wait time of a week)
2. Photoshoots
a) Photoshoots can be done by a singular person interested in having photos of themselves or by multiple people (Group). Every single photoshoot is considered to be ONE (1) Hour long.
b) During photoshoots, there will be no limits of photos you will receive. There is no maximum number of people that can join, but please be mindful that the more people join, the time required to have photos of everyone will drastically increase. Photoshoots can be done in public events (FurCon / FurMeets) or private places or your choice.
c) You can select your time slot based on the availability. Once you decide on your timeslot, please respect it. If you don’t show up, unless you give me a valid reason, the photoshoot will not be refunded if already paid (if not, you won't be able to book another photoshoot in the future) and you won’t receive a compensatory time slot.

d) In case I can't attend the photoshoot, you can choose to have the photoshoot moved to another slot or, if already paid, to have it refunded.
e) After the Photoshoot is done, you can ask to be rebooked (for example at the same day of an event if more slots are still available), but you will need to pay again for every single additional photoshoot.

3. Photos
a) There will not be a fixed amount of photos you will receive. The best photos from the photoshoot will be selected and edited, and given to you through Telegram as soon as I can. Some preview might be shared as "before-afters" in my Telegram Channel. If you need photos to be delivered before a specific time (example: before “Fursuit Friday”), please let me know before commissioning me.
b) You can ask as many edits as you like. Before confirming that the photos are of your liking, please analyze them thoroughly. Mistakes can happen, but once the photos are confirmed and you don’t want any other edit, I will progress with other people’s photos.
c) You, as the Consumer, can ask for a maximum of three (3) photos to be printed on postcard-sized (4x6’’) paper, included with the photoshoot. More photos can be printed for 0.50 EURO each additional photo.

Digital photos will be delivered in these default formats:
- Original format-size (3:2)
- Instagram portrait-sizes (4:5 if vertical, squared if horizontal)
Each will be delivered non-compressed and compressed for social sharing. You can ask for custom formats.
e) All photos will be exported WITH watermark and have CC-BY-NC copyright on them. You grant me all rights to use the photos for commercial and non-commercial use, including but not limited to self-promotion and seprints. If you want to use them for commercial use you must discuss with me before taking action. Failure in doing so will result in Copyright strikes being issued.
f) If you want to use the photos to be edited by another person, please inform me first hand.
4. Socials
a) You have to credit me through the socials you use. These are the socials I mainly use

b) You can upload them or I can upload them on my profile(s). Please let me know beforehand if you want me to wait for an upload to be done or if you want to upload yourself. If no directions are told after three days, I will proceed with uploading the photos on my profiles, tagging you.
On Instagram, it’s not required but appreciated if you make me a collaborator of your post, in order to not upload the same photo twice.
Let me know if you have already a tag I can use on FurTrack. If not, I can decide on your new tag.
c) All photos will be also shared on my Telegram channel as well on this website.
5. Consumer Behaviour
a) I am not responsible for any damage you cause to yourself, your suit, or any item around you. The only person that knows you perfectly is yourself: if I ask you for a pose that may cause you pain or damage to your suit/cosplay, please inform me immediately.
b) I do not condone harassment of any kind, including but not limited to racism, ableism and transphobia. On account of this, if you are caught and accused, with undeniable proof, that you engage in these types of actions, I without explanations will:
- deny the Service before and during the Photoshoot
- deny any future Photoshoots
- remove every single photo that I’ve taken of you
- remove any association I have with you
- block you on my social medias
- obscure you from other people’s photos if you are in the background or removed completely
Photoshoots already paid will not be refunded
6. Other
a) Photoshoots can be paid later after all photos are delivered, but you will have one week in order to pay for them. Failure in doing so will result in a public beware on my socials, and the same actions described on section 5.b will be applied.
b) I deserve the right to, for any reason and without explanations, not work with you in the future if you used the Service.
c) NSFW Photoshoots are available too to be commissioned, with the same rules described in this TOS.
d) If for any reason I have my doubts regarding your age, I will ask for your ID.
e) No-one is authorized to use photos I've taken for AI training or tools that are mainly used for Generative purposes.
